Reflection 2

   ·        What surprised you? The thing that surprised me during the observation was the teacher decision to prepare a physical environment that truly suited children.

   ·        What shocked you? The respectful treatment of the children. the teacher belief in their potential and essential goodness

   ·        What delighted you? The things delight me is the teacher taught them many good thing how to apologize, how to make way for others, how to behave on outings.

   ·        What did you learn? I learned a lot of things like how to manage the class with 27 students. Also how i can deal with student and how I get the attention of the students.

  ·        Did the teacher use a teaching strategy that you liked? Describe it

                Yes, the teacher had flash card to make the children understand easily. I liked the strategy because    it was very interesting and the children can pick quickly. The children were studying with activity and interest.

Write a summary of what you believe the main roles and responsibilities of a teacher are.

I saw the teacher was very hard working .the teacher take attendance. The teacher was communicate was very kind with teacher .Also she marked the homework. All the students have homework every day except Wednesday. Every Wednesday they have test .the teacher set rules in the class which are very good and beneficial for the students. I love the way how the teacher deal with students. She set many beneficial rules for students and they will get one Gold Fish if they will lesson to teacher and they do the all rules such as line up on the time and them not late. Also if they respect the school, teacher, and student they will have a gold fish. In addition be careful and play and work safely. Also spoke politely and low voice so all students will understand.
